Illustrative clearance planning examples
These examples explain how a job may be planned. They are not records of completed customer projects, and no customer names, prices or results are claimed.
Example: an upstairs flat with retained belongings
The customer marks keepsakes and furniture that will move to another property, then provides a disposal list for the remaining contents. The assessment includes the floor level, stair turns and the carrying route to a suitable loading point. A partial clearance is quoted against the approved rooms.
Example: a trading shop replacing displays
The shop manager separates new stock from unwanted display units and confirms a loading window with building management. Electrical equipment and fixed fittings are listed separately. Collection is assessed against the approved inventory and the areas that can be released without obstructing customers.
Example: an enclosed garden with an old hot tub
The enquiry includes tub dimensions, gate widths and photographs of the full route outside. Competent electrical disconnection and draining are arranged before collection. Dismantling is assessed separately, while decking and base work remain outside the quote unless agreed.
