Start with common household and business items
The Waste Removal Company assesses furniture, mattresses, suitable appliances, bagged rubbish, garden material and a range of commercial contents. Acceptance depends on the material, condition and collection route. A general service list is not permission to include every object at a property without describing it. Send photographs and an item list for the actual booking.
Declare electrical, heavy and unusual waste
Fridges, IT equipment, rubble and soil should be identified separately because their handling differs from ordinary bagged waste. Connected equipment may need competent disconnection before collection. Unknown chemicals, suspect asbestos, gas cylinders and clinical material need specialist assessment. Do not hide restricted items in bags or mix them into a load described as general rubbish.
Choose the service that fits the job
Use a furniture or appliance page for a defined bulky collection, a house-clearance page for agreed property contents, and commercial services for business premises. For mixed jobs, show everything in one enquiry while describing each material. The provider can then explain which parts can be included, any preparation required and what needs another suitable route.
