Same-day collection is subject to a suitable team, vehicle and route being available. A postcode alone is not enough to confirm it. Send photographs of the full load and describe the waste, access and preferred timing. Larger clearances, specialist material or restricted premises may need more planning than a short-notice collection can provide.

Make the first enquiry complete

Include floor level, stairs, gates, loading restrictions and whether anything needs dismantling. Give a contact number and explain when someone can provide access. Do not leave material on the pavement in anticipation of an unconfirmed slot. Wait for the provider to confirm the appointment and agreed collection position before changing where the waste is held.
